Shipping Policy

  • We add shipping charges to all orders unless otherwise stated. Charges are based on the weight and size of the package, and the zip code of destination. We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Surcharges may be added to oversize or heavy packages, as well as shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We will contact you for approval if surcharges apply to your order.

  • We typically ship standard shipping orders within 3 business days, except on holidays, which will be shipped the next business day. Express shipping orders will be expedited as stated on the shipping partition of the check out screen.

  • Shipping services, including USPS, share their services and another service may temporarily carry a package before it reaches it's destination. Because of this we cannot be responsible for misdirected or damaged packages once they leave the store, since we have no control of which service may handle the package.

  • We cannot be responsible for incorrect deliveries due to an incorrect address provided to us.  Claims for damages and misdirected packages should be directed to the service that handles them.

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed when your order ships.

  • We reuse packing materials whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle.

Shipping Options

We ship via United States Postal Service most often. Priority Mail is used for flat-rate shipping by ground, which states a delivery window of 5-10 days within the continental U.S. but may take up to two weeks.

For an additional charge, expedited shipping is available via USPS Express shipping. This option offers tracking and delivery confirmation and usually arrives within 2 days. Check the drop-down menu during check out for expedited charges.
